I've used their service 3-4 times per year, when I travel with my toddler (because he needs a car seat) and it's been 5-star all the way! Cars are clean, drivers are polite and helpful, booking is quick and fees are predictable.

A+ sevice.The driver Zaid was 15 mins early , came in a luxury Toyota Sienna with leather seats, very clean, & called me; picked all my luggages (6 suitcases), dropped me and my family (6 passenger all together) at Pearson Airport in less 30 mins. Highly recommend and will use again when back from my trip.

What to say, really? Never had a single problem. Immaculate on-time service, lovely clean cars and well-dressed, well-spoken, drivers. I've had the occasional problem with the App, but as soon as I call the office, my issue is fixed immediately.

I always choose Aeroprt Taxi & Limousine Service for rides to and from Toronto Pearson Airport. They have the best pricing. Their drivers are courteous and on time. As well, the ride is smooth.

This was our first time using Aeroport Taxi. We had an extra pick up and all went great. We loved the app to track our driver, the customer service and cleanliness of the car. Our driver Mirza was on time (actually a bit early which was great) and very pleasant. Thank you and we will definitely recommend to our travelling friends.

We have used this service for years. Always accommodating, prompt, courteous and economical. The door to door service is great especially after a return flight. After you claim your baggage, you are in one of their limos within minutes.

Always arrive early, cars are large, clean and drivers are friendly and super helpful. Chat if you want to chat; don't chat if you'd rather work, or just chill. Great service takes the drama out of getting to check-in on time, or getting home after a trip

It was a heavy snow day today and My driver showed up early. The suv was very clean. The driver offer to handle my bags. He chatted with me and kept me up to date on time to arrive at the airport.
He was a great driver and I felt very comfortable with him driving in the snowy road conditions.

So easy to use - book online, get a flat rate and dependable service. We had to change our pickup time when we learned our flight was delayed - no problem for our driver. Pickup at airport in Toronto couuldn't have been easier!

The driver was 10 minutes early, so I was happy. We had plenty of time to get ready. He was very nice, a safe driver to get us through rush hour traffic to the airport. My friend left his bag in the car when the driver drove away from the airport. I called the company and they contacted the driver. He came back within 5 minutes.
