I had a very early morning flight and my driver arrived about 15 minutes early and patiently waited till I was ready. He was quietly personable and got me to my section of the terminal in spite of huge congestion in that area. This was my first experience with Aerport Taxi but most certainly not my last. My go to company for whenever we travel to the airport. Easy online booking system, the driver always shows up 5-10 mins early to make sure they are on time. Always helpful with our luggage. Never had an issue and we’ve used them often. Also very reasonably priced compared to other companies and uber /lyft.

i had used Aeroport Taxi service to get to pearson airport a few weeks ago and found the driver very courteous, on time and a great driver. the same with our airport pickup last evening - a different driver but the same courteous and attentive manner and also a very good driver. the company's prices are the most reasonable we found and i would use them again and gladly recommend them to anyone. i would add that the office staff are friendly and very helpful when i called or emailed them.

Requested pick up a day before my flight. Our scheduled pick up was 5:45 AM during the biggest snow storm in 2025. I was anxious as I wasn't sure if the pick up would be delayed. This company pulled through. No delay and service was 5 stars! The roads and highway on the way to the airport was brutal due to the snow and our driver was very cautious and got us to the airport on time and safely. Will always order through this company for all my travels from now on. Rate was flat and reasonable. I made the mistake of not booking this company on our way back home and we were charge 120% by the ones you get from the airport.
