My pick up from my home in Guelph area to Pearson airport was precisely on time and the driver carried my suitcase from house to car. Had pleasant conversation while travelling. (Don't remember driver's name)
My pick up from airport was wonderful. Just had to click the link in their text and he arrived within a few minutes. Nice drive home, Fayyaz was polite and we had a nice chat along the way. Roads were not great, but he drove well and I felt safe.
The service is well priced, the vehicles are great and the drivers are so nice. Will for sure use again.

Arrived early, called my cell phone to let me know he was here. Car seemed clean (it was dark). Prepaying and tipping made it ultra easy and efficient.

We chose Aeroport Taxi & Limo service for the first time. Our driver was at our house early (which is much appreciated). He was courteous, friendly and loaded and unloaded our luggage. I would highly recommend this service. It takes all the stress out of travelling to the airport. We will definitely use this service again and again.

Driver arrived at our home in Hamilton 15 minutes early and I was very thankful for that as we were in the first snowfall of the season. He got us to the airport with no issues whatsoever.

Edit: Since my first review i have used them three times. Every trip was excellent. Coming from Hamilton, they always arrived 15 minutes early, relieving my stress as to whether they would be late, or get us to YYZ in time. And coming back home, by the time we got to the designated pickup spot, he was waiting there at the curb.

The car came to pick me within minutes of my calling them at Pearson airport. The driver was very pleasant and extremely helpful. He also did a little detour from 401 to avoid a traffic jam due to lane closures.

The driver called ahead and told us that he was on his way. This assured us and removed any anxiety we might have had. He arrived 15 minutes before the expected time and he texted when he was in our driveway. He was polite and friendly. I would definitely use this service again.

We have used this company many times. We are so impressed with their service. Recently Zain drove us to the airport in a snowstorm. He was careful and cautious. We got to Pearson in good time after passing 3 accidents on the highway. On our return journey we were delayed 26 hours. When we got our luggage, we emailed, and Zain was there in 6 mins. Amazing service. Already booked Aeroport for our next trip.
