Unfortunately, l didn't get the name of the driver on my trip to the airport on June 27, 2025. What l will say is l was extremely impressed by his professionalism, courtesy and great manners. He was immaculately clean and so was his vehicle. My daughter and l were treated like VIPs and tracelled in comfort. I so wish l had gotten his name because he is an asset and great ambassador for your company and deserves recognition. Thank you for such a phenomenal service!

Driver arrived promptly on time. Driver was friendly, courteous, and a safe driver. Service was excellent. We have had consistently good service from Aeroport Limousine service over many years.

Used both for coming from and going back to the airport. If you book using the app or website you get a discount. The flat fare is great as you don't have to worry about traffic conditions. Driver arrived early and we arrived at the airport with plenty of time to spare. Cars were very clean and drivers were great.

Excellent service and not very good online/app experience. Of course the quality of service far outshines the app problems. Had tons of problems paying online in advance for a guest travelling to airport but also had tons of one-on-one support from the general manager while trying to do so - so that really counts for something. Nobody is perfect but these people really care. Of course the ride to the airport was professional, on time, and reasonably priced. I think you will find that price compares favourably with Uber, with professional service. And Uber is not a professional experience. Thanks again.

Staff are wonderful! We had some delays and changes to our flights. Office staff took them in stride and even though we booked a later time to account for any extra delays they were at the curb in 5 minutes of our arrival at the door.

The drivers are exceptional too, extremely professional and friendly. They arrived promptly for our pick ups and we had no issues getting to and from the airport.

We were very happy with our limo (van) ride from Pearson airport to Waterloo. I booked ahead and called once we had our luggage in hand and the vehicle was there promptly, with the driver displaying my name. The driver was attentive but not conversational, which was perfect. We will definitely use them again.

The car arrived on time and with a front facing child car seat as we requested.
The child carseat to the airport had a broken chest clip but the carseat from the airport was new ans functioning well.

I use them instead of using Uber for my rides to and from the Airport. The drivers are more profesional, the cars are cleaner. They have an AP is wasy to use and during the rush hours they are cheaper than both Lift and Uber. Both ride my driver arrived early. I feel confident that when I book they will be there and get me where I need to go safely.

I have used Aeroport Taxi and Limo for many years. What I like most about using this service is whatever time you schedule them to pick you up they are always a few minutes early. Early enough to prevent panic setting in as one starts to consider the situation about to form if a car doesn't come. This is the most important part of the service they provide. Always, always, always be on time.

Recently booked a 3:30 am taxi ride from Mississauga to Pearson airport. Did this online - it was very easy to do. Received confirmation email. Taxi arrived a few minutes early. All in all an excellent service was provided and the cost was very affordable at $40.
